in Ayurvedic, integrative and natural health protocols as well as high-tech current digital technology designed to maximize self-care and freedom from disease;

improved health including mental health for seniors, veterans, caretakers, children and individuals experiencing pain of any nature;

Recent Causes

OUR TARGET GROUP

is Seniors, Veterans and Caretakers who takes care of seniors, veterans and also for people with specials needs. This includes parents of special needs children as well as children of seniors suffering from Alzheimer, Dementia, Lymes disease, MS, Cancer etc.

OUR APPROACH

is primarily to Intervene before the disease, breakdown or imbalance progresses. The idea is we want people to age independently and intervention at any stage of disease or disability can help reverse or prevent long term downward spiral.

OUR SOLUTIONS

exist within Lifestyle changes that cumulatively add up over time, immediate intervention relief like exercises, diet, nutrition etc. as well post disease maintenance so as to avoid progression as well as relapse of symptoms.

OUR WISDOM

comes in from Ayurveda, Vedic Health systems as well as other ancient health systems across the world, that has lost as well as simple wisdom that has been time tested and proved to the world in being able to sustain generations into continuing health that we are in. Learning and understanding some of these foundational principles help us to intervene very effectively not just at body level but also as mind, emotional and bliss-peace-happiness levels.

An example during Covid time, but also something that will help for future flu seasons are simple remedies or techniques that we all can do here in US.

Using some of these videos we have helped many patients and caregivers from heading to hospital and intervene at home first before letting the disease progress.
